| 36 Year Real Estate Related Career and Qualifications |
| My entire post graduate career has focused around real estate in the Seattle area, where I obtained my Salesperson's license in 1973 and Associate Broker license in 1975. For 16 of these years, I've been a real estate agent and associate broker; in the middle, I served 20+ years as a mortgage lender in both commercial and residential real estate. This has uniquely prepared me to understand clients' needs and abilities as they enter into a real estate transaction. Undergraduate majors in Economics, Business Administration, and Math prepared me for understanding the ins and outs of real estate in the Northwest and in peoples’ lives. An MBA from Harvard Business School consolidated my previous work and educational experiences. In summary, my entire work focus has been on real estate and providing my clients the very best experience possible. My motto is "Expect Excellent Real Estate Results" and that's what I strive to deliver for each client. |
| North and South Seattle Residency |
| We've lived both North and South of the Ship Canal, the last 32 years in Seward Park, raising our two sons there. While I am most comfortable working in neighborhoods I know well, I also work other areas, cooperatively sharing that work with a local Windermere specialist that I select. Windermere's exellent level of cooperation, consistent training and professionalism enables this! |
